At AVERION FASHION, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently across Australia.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping times.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 7 to 10 business days

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders.

The minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping will be clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier’s website.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the parcel

  • Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

AVERION FASHION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly to lodge a claim. We will assist where possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Australia.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain locations at our discretion.
