We offer a 15 day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

All original tags must be attached

The item must be in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Hygiene & Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items without original hygiene protection (if applicable)

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
We also do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to:

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must still meet our standard return eligibility requirements.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
